Here's how it works

So common symptoms of the Sprinter Ignition switch failure are as follow;

1. Key will not turn when inserted

2. Cannot hear steering lock retract

3. Key does not turn after replacing the vehicles battery

4. Key does not turn after jump starting

For us to resolve the common Failures that corelate with those symptoms, we will need the Ignition switch removed and shipped to us along with all the keys for the vehicle. If in our testing there seems to be another cause, we will contact you and let you know prior to repairing. Additional charges may apply if a Donor USED Ignition switch is needed, Electronic Steering lock emulator is needed, or key programming needed. We will advise on cost if anything outside a basic repair is needed.

g. Any ADDITIONAL services you would like to add ( Extra Keys, Emulator programming ).
Step 2. Safely Package your item in a box with bubble wrap to insure safe delivery to our facility.
Step 3. Contact us with the tracking number of the package being shipped to us. ( We do not provide postage to us,
only the return shipping is covered )

If you want to add an additional key to the order while the job is in our possession, please message us and also note it on the paperwork.

Once we receive your package, we will test your Ignition Switch and determine the repair needed. If the repair is straight forward and does not require to purchase another Core Part to finish the repair ( **Additional Cost **) the part with be Fedex Priority Overnighted back to you for the next Business day ( Lower 48 States for overnight*** Does not include Holidays or extreme weather***).

Customer May need to clear any fault codes set during the process with scan tool.
