This is the most darling handmade quilt featuring Sunbonnet Sue.
Crib size - 29 x 39.
Cotton.
Applique and embroidery.
Each of the twelve squares is different.​

Adorable little sunbonnet girl:
  • Fills birdbath for her birdie friend
  • Holds a parasol, which is a perch for a butterfly
  • Plays jumprope
  • Plays banjo (!)
  • Opens a garden gate and says hi to bluebird
  • Catches a butterfly with a net
  • Waters her flowers
  • Holds a butterfly friend
  • Rides in a wheelbarrow
  • Picks flowers
  • Sits on a garden bench
  • Swings in a swing
Each sunbonnet is a different floral calico print, and the rest is embroidered with such charming detail!
Lavender borders and sawtooth edge.
Hand quilted, with the neatest, tiniest stitches.
Light fiberfil (probably) filling.
Solid white on back.
This quilt is just beyond CUTE! It would make a sweet gift that would surely become an heirloom.

Perfect condition, and immaculately clean - has been hand washed in mild Ivory Soap and air dried.
