Narnia . . .

where giants wreak havoc . . .

where evil weaves a spell . . .

where enchantment rules. Eustace and Jill are whisked to Narnia, where Aslan, the great lion, needs their help

to find the missing Prince Rilian, King Caspian's beloved son.

Through dangers untold and caverns deep and dark,

together with Puddleglum and Marsh-wiggle, Eustace and Jill are sent

Jill has to memorize signs so that they can find the way,

but she forgets and they fall foul of a tribe of giants who nearly eat them.

The search takes them through some of the most dangerious underland of Narnia,

into the path of an evil enchantress and face-to-face with an evil more beautiful and more deadly than they ever expected.

All of C.S. Lewis' books for children have become classics.

They appear on everyone's "favourite books" list.

Reading level is approx. ages 8 - 12.

Readers and academics alike have expended much energy theorising about how and why Lewis planned seven Chronicles of Narnia.

In fact, Lewis claimed they weren't planned at all.

In a letter to a child who had asked his advice on the best order in which to read the chronicles, Lewis remarked that, "When I wrote The Lion I did not know I was going to write any more. Then I wrote P. Caspian as a sequel and I still didn"t think there would be any more, and when I had done The Voyage I felt sure it would be the last. But I found as I was wrong. So perhaps it does not matter very much in which order anyone reads them. I'm not even sure that all the others were written in the same order in which they were published."

Always carefully packed and from a non-smoking household.
