Vintage True Value desk or table top electric fan.  Both oscillating or stationary.  Has 10" blades.  Adjustable.  Has 5 ft cord - starting to crack near housing - should be replaced before use.  Missing two rubber pads on base.  Lightly cleaned - needs more.  Tested - works great!
