This is a box set of It's just Not Christmas Without Lionel Trains Around the Tree Holiday Ornaments.  There are 14 round decoupage Christmas ornaments.  Half are blue and half are orange.  They all have the same train scene and a ribbon tied at the top. The image is the same on all of them, 3 Pullman coaches with a caboose. It includes the line, "NEW "O" GAUGE "BILD A LOCO" TRAIN OUTFIT.  This is the Lionel Pre-War set based on their catalog illustration.
