SHIPPING YOUR PURCHASE:

·       BattMech will ship your item purchased using USPS Priority Mail for most packages. If your purchase doesn’t fit in a Priority box, it will be shipped USPS ground.

·       If you purchased a irtem classified as a Hazardous Material, it will be shipped USPS ground or by ground with another carrier. (BattMech employees are certified in hazardous material shipments and how to handle them correctly)

·       Purchases will normally be mailed out within 3 Business Days.

TRACKING:

·       BattMech will issue a tracking number/s for your package.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

·       Request for a replacement item must be made through eBay.

·       BattMech will replace a defective item upon request through eBay and only after the buyer returns the defective item.

·       Item must be postmarked within 30-days of original purchase date unless otherwise stated through communications on eBay with BattMech.

·       Return of the item for a replacement and all costs associated with the return of item to be replaced are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated through communications on eBay with BattMech.

·       A comparable item must be in stock and verified by BattMech through eBay communication to the buyer prior to return. (This is so we can set the replacment item aside for your return, unless otherwise stated through communications on eBay with BattMech.)

RETURN POLICY:

REFUND POLICY:

INDEMNIFICATION:

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold BattMech harmless from any liability, claim, action, damage, loss, fine, penalty, cost or expense, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, of every kind or nature against BattMech or incurred by BattMech and arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with buyer’s use or handling of products, items, purchases, or service, including but not limited to purchase of new and/or used items such as batteries and electronics from BattMech.

WAIVER FOR DAMAGES AND RISK:

BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS, HAZARDS, AND RISKS INHERENT IN REPLACING A BATTERY MODULE, MODULES, CELL, OR CELLS, OR WHEN USING OR HANDELING PRODUCTS AND OR ITEMS OFFERED BY OR SOLD BY BATTMECH IN A HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLE, OR OTHER APPLICATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE. BUYER FURTHER UNDERSTANDS THAT BATTMECH CANNOT AND DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SUCH PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

Notwithstanding the dangers, hazards, and risks involved, and in consideration Buyer agrees to assume all the risks surrounding replacing or using a battery module, modules cell or cells, or use of any and all products and or items offered or sold by BattMech in a hybrid or electric vehicle and/or in any other activities Buyer undertakes in connection therewith; and (ii) Buyer release and forever discharge BattMech, its parent company, affiliates, trustees, officers, agents, employees, and anyone acting as employees, from any and all liability for any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) of any nature that buyer at any time have or incur, arising out of or in any manner related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to suffering and death, that may be sustained by buyer or by any property belonging to buyer.

BUYER SHOULD NOT USE ITEMS FOR OR WITH APPLICATIONS THEY WERE NOT INTENDED FOR WHEN FIRST DESIGNED.
