This is a working unit with a couple of issues, comes with newly installed batteries.  Some cosmetic wear, including some wear to the battery cover.  Screen and buttons look good, a few scuffs and light scratches.  

The biggest flaw is that the screen has a horizontal line of dead pixels at the top as shown (see the close-up of the screen - it is the second row of pixels that is out).
