You are looking at a very gently handled 

ST. PATRICK'S DAY 

themed flag or banner. This measures 25" x 38" and features a four squares with a Leprechaun's hat, two shamrocks and a pot of gold, with 

"LUCK OF THE IRISH"

written above and below the illustrations.  Green overall color with a faux finish appearance.  Bottom right corner is frayed--see photo.  Otherwise very good condition.
