DOS system

One-handed operation - the mechanism of the DOS system allows one-handed operation of the adhesive.
Precise adjustment of the dosage - the DOS system allows precise adjustment of the amount of glue that comes out of the bottle.
No material waste - Optimizing costs by using all the glue without leaving any residue on the neck of the bottle.
Application

For bonding metal, plastic and rubber parts.

Suitable bases are all metals, incl. aluminum, ferrite (sintered material), plastic (EPDM, NBR, PMMA, PC, PVC, polystyrene, POM, TPE, TPO), rubber and silicone rubber, laminated panels, synthetic or natural stone, HPL, enamel, glass, mirrors and etc. porcelain, ceramics, paper and cardboard.

Because of its flexibility, cyanoacrylate structural adhesive is designed specifically for items where variable thermal and mechanical stresses are present. Other features include high impact and peel resistance, even under dynamic loading. In addition, Klebfix FLEX has better resistance to moisture, water and steam compared to standard cyanoacrylate adhesives.

Thanks to the short-term temperature resistance of up to + 140°C, the glue can also be used for gluing electronic components on printed circuit boards, which must subsequently pass through a soldering bath. Especially suitable for loudspeaker construction.

Instructions

The elements must be thoroughly cleaned, dry and degreased.

When gluing elastomers, where possible only clean spaces should be glued. All talc deposits must be removed beforehand.

Apply a thin, even layer to only one of the surfaces to be bonded.

For non-polar, hard-to-bond materials such as POM, TPE, TPO, PE, PP, PTFE and silicone rubber, the best results are achieved using a second adhesive primer. Use the activator to speed up the reaction of the glue. It can generally be used on all types of materials, but we recommend testing beforehand for compatibility on a hidden element.
