Here is the popular PETITE FLEUR pattern introduced by Villeroy and Boch in1983. 

Nicely styled and well made, with tiny multicolor flower sprigs over the surface of the white porcelain.  

In very good Vintage condition, just minor wear and utensil marks inside the bottom from use, and

the silver coating is starting to flake off the handles (shown in last picture).
