•This kit started as a “Sidekick Penguin” https://www.whitneydrums.com/product/sidekick-penguin/. Sizes (depth x diameter): 14x15 “kicktom,” 7x12 rack tom, 5x13 snare drum. The Sidekick Penguin includes a Whitney “Quickstand tripod” with mounts for the rack tom, and kicktom; kicktom pedal; and two cymbal mounts. (I opted to put my snare on a conventional snare stand, but the Whitney snare basket can be ordered from JT if you wish.)
•This original set-up provides a super-lightweight a portable kit. All you need to add are sticks, cymbals, a hi-hat stand, and a throne.
•I then added an 11x14 floor tom, and got JT to make me three brackets to put on the kicktom so I could use it with conventional floor tom legs if I wanted to.
•Then I bought a DW 9909 Bass Drum Lifter (https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/DWCP9909--dw-adjustable-bass-drum-riser) so I could use the original “kicktom” as a conventional bass drum with a conventional pedal.
•I also added a snare/tom stand to hold the 7x12 tom, and a snare stand.
The original three drums pack up together inside the kicktom, with felt cloths to wrap the snare and small tom. See Whitney website for details.

•The kit was originally purchased by me in October 2017. All the original hardware is intact. Everything is in immaculate condition.
