This antique doll comes with an appraisal dated September 11, 2008.  It was valued at $250 15 years ago.  It has brown human hair, brown glass eyes, and an outfit made by the mother of the deceased former owner.  The white dress has pink embroidered roses.  The doll is also wearing a cotton half slip and an old pair of black/brown knee-length hosiery.  Back of neck is impressed with 1894, AM O DEP.  The glue on the back of the leather legs has dried and the stockings have become unglued, exposing the sawdust fill.  I will make sure they are covered when the doll is shipped so that no sawdust is lost.  Height is 18".  The head and hands are bisque.

Bubble wrap is used with all fragile items. The purchase of insurance over $100 is the responsibility of the buyer.  There is NO handling fee for packing and shipping.
