Postage Info

We pay a full time packer and therefore on selected items we charge a handling fee on top of the actual postage. This is to ensure that high priced items are packed with efficiency and with care so that your items are delivered to you in pristine condition.

• All goods are sent either via Royal Mail or Interlink Express or TNT depending upon location and speed of delivery.

Returns

All goods sold by ourselves are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) You have the right to return goods purchased from ourselves under the following conditions:

• We must be informed within 14 days of you receiving the goods that you are intending to return them.
• All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine condition as purchased.
• All goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt

Goods that cannot be returned are:

• Cd's/dvd's or software where a seal is broken
• Perishable items such as food/drink
• Tailor made or personalised goods
• Underwear or earrings
