Unusual Art Nouveau dish with raised details of lovely maiden, flowers and dragonflies. It stands on 3 legs. It is 5 3/4 tall and 4 1/4 inches wide. It looks to me like it is made of aluminum or maybe pot metal. Really do not know any more about it. No issues.
