The shirt is only available in a Japanese size LARGE.
This was part of the Capcom Store Fighter 6 exclusive items, released only in Japan. This has the little Blanka-chan plush that Blanka tosses at his opponents, originally a costume for Blanka in SFV and SF6
The shirt is officially made, good quality, and has the tag and packaging in-tact.
It is brand new, undamaged!

US Packages will ship via first class mail if under 16.
