Condition:  Used, but in Good Working Condition.   Comes with all bulbs and ballast.  All major mounting tabs are in tact.  There is one broken tab near the ballast--See Pictures. Glass lens has small rock chip--See Pictures.

Shipping:  Fed Ex Ground or Home Delivery within 1 business day of payment.

Payment: We only accept payment via PayPal. 

Sales Tax: We must collect sales tax from NV Residents for any purchase made from our store.
