New vintage Ukai 24x1-3/8" EA-3 ISO 540 28 hole steel chrome rim, stamped "Ukai 24x1-3/8 Made in Japan".  (This will NOT fit vintage Schwinn 24x1-1/4/1-3/8 ISO 547 tires).  Paper wrapping is deteriorating and most of it probably will not survive when shipped.
