I THINK this is a Christopher Radko Christmas ornament.  It was with other Radko ornaments I bought at an estate sale, and being made in Poland and the ornament topper makes me think it is a Radko.

Pre-Owned and has a number of spots with paint loss.  About 3 inches across.
