Inlay is the process of hand-cutting each stone to fit in a flush surface. As you can see, the stones are also slightly raised to give it a textured feeling.

Very gorgeous pendant with 9 hand cut stones soldered and inlayed into a silver bezel with gorgeous silver work surrounding the stones.

Orange - orange spiny oyster shell

Blue - sleeping beauty turquoise

red - coral

white - mother of pearl

Purple - purple spiny oyster shell
