How to personalise?

1. Choose your ribbon Length and Width from the dropdown boxes

2. Enter the following details in the personalisation details box

Ribbon Colour / Font Colour / Font Style / Clipart Picture / Wording

For example

Pale Blue Ribbon Colour / Silver Font Colour / Modern Love Font / Clipart number 2 / Happy Wedding Day Mr & Mrs Smith

Please ensure that all details and spellings are correct as we cannot change them once your order has been placed.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors made whilst ordering.

Ribbon is printed in a repetitive pattern over the chosen length

I want to use my own logo/brand?

Want to make your products stand out from the crowd or add that extra special touch for your customers

We can print your company name and Logo on our ribbon.

Please ensure that your logo is sent to us in a black and white PNG format this will provide the best result.

We recommend that you purchase a 1 metre length to sample how your logo will print

as each one will print differently depending on the thickness of the lines on your logo.

Processing

Once you have placed your order we will make your order to the details provided

(please ensure all details are left and are correct)

If part of the details we ask for is left out for example no Clip art number is chosen

We will print your ribbon without the clipart and will use the wording only

We aim to make your order within 2 working days

Your ribbon will be straight cut at each end and heat sealed to prevent fraying.

Due to the nature of us posting your ribbon there will be some creases when being packaged away.

If you require your ribbon to be crease free from postage please select the "other courier" postage at the checkout

Any ribbon length 20m or longer will be spooled

please also note that whilst we will do our best to make your ribbon in one single length it may be sent made up of 2 lengths.

However the total length will be what was ordered

**Important information**

When choosing the colour of ribbon and colour of foil for the print please bear in mind that some colours may not go well together.

As choosing a darker ribbon with a darker font may lead to the font not standing out as much

For example choosing Navy Blue ribbon with Green font colour.

Likewise choosing a white ribbon with matt silver font colour may also not standout.

Please also bear in mind that having a coloured ribbon will effect the colour of the print chosen.

For example having a green ribbon and blue font colour, the blue will appear less blue.

This is due to the very nature that the foil is not on a white background but a coloured one.

We cannot advise on which colours to choose as this is personal choice however we can advise if 2 colours will go well together when printed.

Simply message us prior to purchase and we will gladly help.

We always recommend that if you would like the font to really pop then select a metallic font.

We also advise that you select a thicker font for thinner ribbon as selecting a thinner font like Angelina on a thin 10mm ribbon

can sometimes be a little difficult to read

We also advise that you research the fonts on offer to see the full character list

as we do not have enough room on the listing to show each character of each font both capital and non capital

Some of our fonts are specialised fonts and have unique character traits which not appeal to everyone

for example shoreline is all in lower case even when typing with the caps lock on

also using a & sign with Canvas font will replace with the word and with swirls above and below it

There are a number of websites which will show how your wording will look.

In all cases we recommend you purchase a 1 metre length to see how your chosen ribbon and font colour and font will look prior to making

a purchase for longer lengths.

Our ribbon is made for decorative purposes, it is not made to be heavy handled.

The font will be removed with excessive hard rubbing/scratching in one place and being tied in a bow and un-tied and re-tied etc

We test our ribbon to ensure it can be handled in a reasonable way ie: tying round boxes, decorating wedding chairs etc.

Postage

We send all our items free of charge to give you the customer the best value for money

All items will be sent out within 1 working day from ordering.

We also offer postage upgrades at the checkout should you need your order sooner.

they are not guarantees and are based on "best case" scenarios

Unfortunately some items will be delayed by Royal Mail therefore we ask that 7 working days are given for your orders to arrive.
