This is a very nice, clean "Tod-L-Tim", latex with molded hair, ©The Sun Rubber Co., Barberton, O.  Unjointed.   Molded on sunsuit, and painted blue shoes (there is a blue smear on  back of left leg.)  Paint rubs on the back of the shoes.  Inset stationery blue eyes, closed mouth.  No squeaker, which could be a safety feature, have heard that sometimes they do come loose.
