The figures are:

The figures are still sealed in their boxes. The plastic on the front of Zur-En-Arrh Batman's box has a cut on the left side and the box of Blue Armored Batman has a small tear at the top of the back. Both are shown in photos.
The boxes will be bubble wrapped and enough padding used to make sure they can't slide around in the package.
