It features HDMI, DVI-D, and dual Mini DisplayPort connectors and is powered by an AMD chipset/GPU. The card is made by ATI Technologies and has been firmware flashed by MacVidCards for use with Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur and Monterrey that I have tested, perhaps later macOS.
