LEGO Star Wars General Grievous Minifigure - White Armor - SW0515 (75040 75286). The toy has a tiny piece of paint missing near his left eye, which is visible in the pictures. You can barely see it in person, without the aid of a magnifier. Otherwise, he is in mint overall condition. Grievous was probably my favorite prequel character, and I suspect the LEGO minifigure will only appreciate in value as time goes on.
