Madame V OPIUM MVF6056U in a steel or mushroom coloured silk satin. This camisole has a V shaped front with two double lined silk triangle cups, with a dart up from the bottom to the middle to help shape the cups. The inside edges of the cups are smooth as the silk is turned in and held ing place by the inner lining, which is also turned in. Under the cups and applique'd over a cut out panel in the silk of the front panel, is a black fan shaped, sheer Macrame Lace of feathers with a top semi-circle of black with embroidered birds in pale blue, pink and yellow. This stunning lace makes a beautiful statement. The rest of the front panel is plain with a tiny turn in hem, secured with a single row of steel coloured stitching.
Down the left hand side is an opening with a turn-in similar to the bottom, There are five silk covered buttons sewn to the front panel and five silk loops of fine steel coloured silk, through which the buttons are held in place, on the back panel. The back panel has a single plain panel of the steel coloured silk, hemmed along the bottom and edged inside the top with a narrow band of beige elastic with its ribbed trim showing outside the fabric.
The front straps are formed from a band elastic in the same colour as the silk, doubled over and sewn with a double row of stitching, these start at the bottom of the outer edge of the cups, rising over the shoulder to a grey ring two
thirds of the way down the back. The straps are looped through this and adjust upwards with a grey butterfly slider.
The back straps are in elastic covered with the steel coloured silk which is ruched over the elastic and looped through
the grey ring at the top, sewn under the back top elastic at the bottom.
