Do you need the item as a spare part? - Compare part number!

Please always compare the part number with that of the old part before purchasing to ensure compatibility. Even small deviations in the part number, such as different index letters at the end, have a major impact on interoperability with your vehicle. If no part number is specified, compatibility can be ensured by comparing the article images, the vehicle application list and by asking us or your specialist dealer.

Vehicle usage list

During the production period of a vehicle series, manufacturer changes are constantly being made to a vehicle, so it may happen that an item does not fit into your vehicle despite being compatible with the specified vehicle application list. Therefore, if possible, please always compare the part number and the item images before purchasing.

Used spare parts

Guarantee seal

All our articles are provided with seals (visible and invisible) or special markings and sometimes also seals. An item purchased from us can only be returned with an undamaged guarantee seal or Marking possible. Any change in the type and form of the product or any disassembly of the product will generally result in loss of warranty, as this cannot be attributed to the usual, regular use granted.

Freight forwarding goods

For shipping goods (such as doors, engines, tailgates, etc.), please unpack the delivered shipment IMMEDIATELY in the presence of the shipping company driver, check for damage and, if necessary, note on the delivery note. NO liability is accepted in case of non-compliance!

Installation of engines/gearboxes and turbochargers is expressly only accepted by master workshops. Otherwise any warranty will be void.

Airbag systems

According to Section 20 of the Explosives Act, we are permitted to handle airbag systems and seat belts.
According to Section 7 of the Explosives Act, we have a permit for the disposal of airbag systems.

General safety instructions for airbags & belt tensioners

Please note that pyrotechnic items such as airbags and belt tensioners pose a danger to people and the environment due to their properties as explosive bodies and due to the materials they contain and due to incorrect handling.
For this reason, these units must not be installed or removed by laypersons. The exit or Installation must always be carried out by a specialist workshop, so we are happy to deliver the item directly to the specialist installing company upon request.
