Features:
1.This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the standard of ISO2409-1992, and is applicable to GB/T9286-98, BS 3900 E6.

Operation introduction:

1.the test piece must be prepared by ISOR1514 and ISO2828 regulations.

2. the test piece is placed on the tablet hardness sufficient.

Precautions:

1.all cut through the coating should, but can not be cut into the substrate too deep.

2. as a result of the coating is too thick and hard and in the end can not penetrate the material, the test is not valid, but it should be noted in the test report.

3. the tape posted on the whole cross, and then tore off the minimum angle, the result may be in proportion to the gum off the area determined according to the film surface.

4. the test should be carried out at a temperature of 23 ± 2°c  and relative humidity of 50 ± 5%.
