Drosophilia melanogaster will reach a max size of 2.5mm and are an ideal prey item for small amphibians such as Ranitomeya and Mantellas, small invertebrates and other small reptiles.
A complete culture of flightless fruitflies in a pre-packed tub containing culture medium, eggs, larvae and pupa.
The culture will continue to produce new flies for several weeks and should be kept at normal room temperature. Warmer temperatures will speed up development but may shorten the lifespan of the culture
Orders placed before 1:30pm Monday to Friday will be packed fresh and dispatched the same day via royal mail 1st class post. Orders weighing over 3kg in weight will be dispatched by a ‘next’ working day courier service. Royal mail orders often arrive next day but can take up to 3 days.
Please, note due to various bank holidays throughout the year, orders cannot be dispatched the day before and the day of a bank holiday. They will be dispatched on the first working day back.
