CONDITION:

Depending on your personal preference, pre-owned clothing may need to be cleaned before use. We leave all cleaning of items to the buyer as everyone has their own preferred methods of cleaning.

We are not professional footwear/clothing graders. The condition is based on our personal assessment. If you disagree with our assessment, please kindly let us know.

Pictures speak louder than words, and we do our best to take several photographs of the item so every angle can be seen. Please click on the photos and review photos up close before you buy. Always look at every picture so there will be no surprises when your item arrives. We never intentionally misrepresent an item. If you see an error contact us, maybe you see something we do not. Please read the measurements so there will be no problem with size issues. Always compare the measurements to a similar item of your own to ensure a proper fit to try and prevent returns for size.

Sometimes it is hard to distinguish between men's or women's clothing for size. We do our best to research the styles and different types and brands of clothing. We will use our best judgment to determine if they are men's or women's for size, but we could be wrong, so please check the measurements and ask questions to prevent any misunderstandings or costly returns.

We are a non-smoking and pet-free environment, but we sell items from various sources and cannot control the smell of each item. These items may have odors associated with the previous owner, and or musty smells sometimes associated with storage. Most of these smells will disappear if they are thoroughly cleaned and/or aired out. Please consider this if you decide to buy a pre-owned item in our store.

Most of the items that we sell are graded as GOOD or VERY GOOD condition. We try to make every effort to let you know otherwise. Faded fabric, stains, excessive wear marks, small pin holes and missing tags, etc. are common on pre-owned, worn and or pre-owned clothing. Please review the photos up close so that any questions you may have can be answered easily by reviewing the pictures.

All items we sell are previously owned and sold as-is with no guarantee or warranty. If you do not have experience buying used items and you are not familiar with vintage or have doubts about wearing previously owned items, please think twice about buying our items. Buyers who are happy with our items are those who do not mind cleaning, mending, repairing and polishing the goods in exchange for a great price.

We mainly sell pre-owned clothing & footwear. Unless it is stated otherwise, the clothing, footwear item(s) are pre-owned, and not washed or cleaned. Vintage/pre-owned clothing and/or footwear will sometimes show signs of age, faded fabric, faded prints, minor cracks on the print or sole, wear on toe and heels/uneven heel wear, etc. We make every effort to declare perceivable stains, holes or defects on the items and take pictures of them for your reference. If an item is significantly different from the pictures, please immediately contact us within 3 days upon receipt of the item before leaving any negative/neutral feedback.

All items are sold as is, as shown, untested, without any expressed or implied warranty or guarantee unless otherwise noted. These are not new items and will not come with a warranty or guarantee. We would never intentionally misrepresent an item. Please consider our items come from various sources, and we do not have a knowledge of the history of each item as far as to wear and previous repairs, etc. There is risk associated with buying pre-owned items so please take that into consideration before buying.

Any abuse of eBay’s return policy will be reported to eBay immediately. If an item is returned stating that the item doesn't work or is defective after the item has been worn and used by the buyer or any other individual, the buyer will be reported to eBay for abusing the return process. Upon buying the item, the buyer is in agreement that the item is pre-owned and sold as-is and cannot be warrantied or guaranteed according to the auction requirements and the ad. If an item is returned stating the item doesn't match description or photos when the item is clearly the same item in the photos, the buyer will be reported to eBay for abusing the return process.

If there are clothing hangers or any other items in the picture to help with the display, they are for display purposes only and will not be included with the purchase.

PAYMENT:
Payment is due 3 working days upon receipt of our invoice. If payment is not received within the said time period, an automatic unpaid case will be opened against the buyer, the sale will be void and the item will be put back into inventory for re-sale.

USA OR LOCAL SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. Shipping and handling within the USA will vary depending on the shipping location and or destination. The carrier used will determine the delivery dates and times. This varies with each carrier. A safe time frame to consider for shipping time is usually 2 to 10 business days. All complaints, questions and/or insurance claims about delivery time or damaged items will be submitted to the carrier used. Once the item leaves our possession, delivery is out of our control.

Sales tax will be applied according to the buyer's state sales tax rate.

Items are shipped via USPS services (Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, Parcel Post, or Media Mail) Federal Express/Smart Post or UPS.

We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipping that best fits the item depending on size and location and cost.

We cannot ship large and heavy items to a PO Box, to Alaska or Hawaii. Please ask before buying.

We will use our best judgment in all cases and circumstances.

COMBINED SHIPPING FOR USA SHIPPING ONLY:

We do combine shipping. The first item will be charged full price for shipping and handling (the highest price). All items after that will be charged half price for shipping and handling. If multiple items are purchased, please let us know that you are purchasing multiple items and then let us know when you are done with the buying process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping and handling worldwide will depend on the shipping location. Buyer is responsible for customs and taxes in their country. All international shipments will be sent through the eBay global shipping program.

RETURNS:

If you return an item, and the reason for return is not a result of an error made by us, the cost of the original shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. You will be expected to pay for all return shipping and handling costs. Please review all pictures carefully and be sure to read all of the ad details. The item needs to be in the same condition as it was when it left our inventory to receive a full refund. Please notify us before you return the item and make sure to go through eBay for the return.
