-The item is BRAND NEW, HIGH QUALITY, AND AUTHENTIC (LICENSED PLUSH, Japan import). I have never experienced any defective item from 1000+ items received for my own collection. All purchases are final and no returns allowed. A refund may only be requested within 14 days of receiving the item if the item is unopened and in re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.
-I will not be responsible for any damages to the content during the shipment transit and there will be no exchanges/refunds.
-Prices are final and no offer will be accepted.
-Item will be shipped using Canada Post within five business days. During high volume of orders, the item may take up to 7 business days to ship at the latest. Usually takes about 1-3 weeks for the package to arrive.
-Canada Post is a reliable delivery method with tracking available so I will not be responsible for any lost packages.
-Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost (non of the buyers has been charged for any import/tax so far). These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's (US) customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
