leather binding has wear, edge wear, bumped corners,  leather cracking on spine,  some splitting on spine edges. rubbing, scuffing, spots.  original paper label on front endpaper from printer.  Original owner Lewis William ? practiced his signature on blank page. names on title page.  405 pages with various amounts of yellowing/age toning. spots/spotting scattered throughout. .     great reading/reference/decorating. book would look great on your home library/office bookshelf.  please look at the photographs
