Payment:

1)We accept Alipay West Union, TT. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW.

2)Payment must be made within 3 days of order.

3)If you can’t checkout immediately after auction close, please wait for a few minutes and retry it. Payments must be completed within 3 days.   

Shipment:

1.We always ship item through Fedex . You can get it within 10 days.

2.For Russian buyer: We will ship item through SPSR because of the special local delivery policy.You can get it within 15-30 days.

3.For Brazilian buyer: Pls leave your CPF (Tax ID) after making the order.

4.Orders processed timely after the payment verification.

5.We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. If you leave the wrong address, pls contact our customer service to modify ASAP before the shipment, Otherwise buyer will take the responsibility.

Customs duty: Pls note that buyer should take the customs duty to pay tariff/tax when imported if needed.

Return and Refund

1.You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the item from the date it was received.

2.All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.

3.We will refund YOUR FULL AMOUNT upon receipt of the item.

4.If there is no quality problem with our items, buyer should pay the shipping fee of return.
