Question: Is it a 4G phone？What size sim card does it take?
Answer:YES. It is 2+1 card slots design.SIM2 is for Nano, SIM1 is for Nano(SIM card is not includedand ),the other one is TF Card  (Up to 256GB expansion,does not contain).

Question: Does it come with a charger please?
Answer: No, SIM card and TF card are not included either. It contains a USB cable, a user manual, a HD film, and a mobile phone case.
    
Question: Is it slow? How about running big games? 
Answer: No, but it will get slow when I run more than 5 apps at once. I guess it is only suitable for daily light users.

Question: How long will it take to deliver?
