Lledo Days Gone Diecast Models
Northern Dairies Presentation Set

Jack Odell, one of the founders of the Matchbox diecast company, founded Lledo (Odell backwards) in 1982, and launched the "Days Gone" range of models in 1983, serving a market previously popularised by the Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear" series.

The promotional market became Lledo's bread and butter, and companies and organisations would order limited runs of the models with their own livery for promotional or marketing purposes.

This set of three models was produced in 1993 and depicts a fleet of typical delivery vehicles used by Northern Dairies in the 1920s and 1930s.

The set comprises three models:
LP6595 - 1920 Ford Model T Van
LP8040 - 1920 Ford Model T Tanker
LP20037 - 1930 Ford Model A Stake Truck

The models are finished in a stylish cream and dark green colour scheme.

Excellent used condition in original box. Box has some minor wear and a little light creasing but no serious rips or splits and no taped-up corners. There is also some writing on the base of the box, where a previous owner, an avid collector of Lledo models, has recorded brief details of the set. Models themselves are clean and near mint condition. See photos - all photos show actual item.
