I keep all proof of postage, I will send you a picture with the receipt from the post office confirming dispatch and also the proof of purchase from Royal mail for the postage (if required). I am not accountable for items lost/damaged in the Post. Once Items have been dispatched they are in the hands of Royal mail.
A proof of postage will be forwarded to you if required to claim for any loss. I do not charge postage for most of my items.
