This is a rare "1996 Members Only Figurine" from Enesco's Cherished Teddies line.  From artist Prescilla Hillman.  It is a Firefighter, or Fireman, figurine named Kurtis D. Klaw, with a Fire Department "FD" badge on the helmet.  It stands approximately 4 inches tall, and the base is about 2 inches in diameter.  It is in excellent condition all around.  Great color, wonderful detail, no chips or damage.  Model CT961.
