On offer is a Gorgeous Ivory Creme Chantilly Lace and Tiered Tulle vintage wedding gown from the 1950's. 1955-1963 ILGWU label~USA made. The gown presents a Princess Seamed fitted bodice with a high neckline collar with a sweetheart satin under slip and an inset tulle piece at front between the lace, long sheer lace sleeves with point edge and tiny snaps. The long wide full circle skirt at front is lace with a scalloped edge and a tulle ruffle under which opens to a stunning tiered tulle layer of ruffles skirting at back surrounded by the beautiful scalloped lace. Under slips are a full tulle single petticoat and the satin underskirt. Mid back steel zipper Talon for closure with hooks above to neckline.

There are rows of iridescent sequins sprinkled along the lace lines at front neckline and collar giving a delicate sparkle.

Various paper tags with numbers in gown and skirt but no designer label or size.

Condition Authentic vintage found in a preservation box so has been stored for decades, has age and time. Wrinkled tulle needs steaming out. May be loose threads.

No visible rips or tears in fabric, zip works well, the hooks at back neckline are loose and some missing will need replacement and repair ( not major), as vintage suggest fine dry cleaning by professional service to looks it’s best.
