Kadota Fig Fruit Trees 13"Twigs Cuttings for Propagation.

Kadota Fig fruit trees produce sensationally sweet, honey flavor center when ripen, and the fruits are larger than most figs, such as black figs variety. The average fruit size is around 2-4 inches in diameter. Fig is rich in natural health benefiting phytonutrients, antioxidants, and vitamins. Fruits are good for preserving. Dried figs, indeed, are a highly concentrated source of minerals and vitamins. The center of the fruit has laxative effects. 

Kadota fig trees are highly productive and can produce fruits on the 5th years. The fruits have soft skin and are attractive to birds, small animals, and fruit eating insects. 

The fig tress is a picturesque tropical-looking tree or shrub with a dramatic spreading habit. Trim as needed. Hardy plants for zone 7-9. Need 6 or more hours full sun daily. 

The propagation process: 
1). Dip the cuttings into rooting Hormone, and get rid of the excess of the rooting hormone.  
2). Insert the cutting part into the compost or Miracle-Gro garden Soil because they maintain the water better.
3). Keep the cutting in a shady area, and keep the soil moisture all the time.
4). Place a heating mat under the pot if the temperature is below 65°F. It takes 4 weeks to germinate the roots if the temperature is above 75°F, and takes longer if the temperature is low.
