This is an vintage Avon 1976 silver metal (silverplate?) dove.
It originally held Occur colgne.
Multi use for example can be for rings, to hold toothpicks, napkin holder, an ornament for Christmas tree as it has 2 tiny holed you can pull ribbon through, to hold sweetner packets and more!
