We don't know the origin of this blow dart gun but would guess it comes from SE Asia, the Philippines perhaps. 

Made with two perfectly straight bamboo shafts, one inside the other, giving it strength and stability as well as making it more accurate. The sight is a small rib of bamboo attached to the end with a once sticky, organic substance, possibly sap of some sort.
