This 176-page black and white book from 50+ years ago is in good, not perfect, condition.  The cover, which has retained good reflectivity, and all pages, which are tan-colored, are firmly attached.  The front cover has color loss at the top-, right- and bottom-edges, the top and bottom right-hand corners have approx. 1/8" creases; the bottom left-hand spine has a stress crease;  pages 11/12 have an approx. 2 1/2" creased top corner; pages 159/160 have an approx. 1/4" creased top corner; the back cover has wear and rounding at all corners, the top right-hand side has an impact creasing and some staining, the bottom center edge has an approx. 1/16" nick.
