:PB devices for runout control (runout meters) are designed to control the tolerance of radial and end runout of rotation bodies (shafts, gears, pulleys) installed in the centers by direct evaluation by a visual reading device - indicator. The principle of operation is mechanical. The control can be carried out both on cylindrical and on end surfaces.

The bieniemer consists of a frame, right and left headstock, a carriage assembly with an indicator stand equipped with a micro-feed, an ICH-10 clock type indicator. The right headstock has a movable pinole with a center. To secure the pinole, the headstock has a locking device. The center of the left headstock moves only with the last one. Both headstock can move along the frame guides and are fixed to it with clips in any place, depending on the length of the part being checked. A carriage with an indicator stand is installed opposite the area being checked and is mounted on the frame in the same way as the headstock. The indicator is fixed in the holder with clips. Rough installation is performed by moving the micro-feed unit along the column, fine tuning is done using micro-feed.
