Charles Meryon (French, 1821 - 1868), L'abside de Notre-Dame de Paris (The Apse of the Cathedral of Notre Dame. Charles Meryon (sometimes Méryon, 23 November 1821 – 14 February 1868) was a French artist who worked almost entirely in etching, as he had color blindness.

print is from an issue of The
Mentor magazine, which was first published in 1913 (thru
1931) by The Mentor Association, "Established for the Development of a
Popular Interest in Art, Literature, Science, History, Nature and Travel".
The Mentor Library was vast and covered a wide range of interesting topics. Many
of the covers themselves (especially the later color ones) are all very artistic
and fine works of art, and are highly collectible!
Print has a full-page historical monograph on the back.
