Cancellation / Sale of return / Consequences of return / Defects

We do hope that you are content with the ordered  Cambodia-Fine-Arts products and enjoy them.
It might happen that  sometimes you won´t be content. In such a case we would ask you to read  through the items below and call us. We are always keen to improve our  customer service and will help you with problems of any kind.
Orders  can be cancelled by phone wihout giving reasons as long as the ordered  goods have not yet been shipped ba us. In case that the goods have  already been shipped you can refuse the acceptance of the delivery, so  that it will be returned by us. If you accept goods you have the  following rigt of return:
Sale or return:
Accepted goods may be  returned without giving reasons within two weeks by sending them. The  deadline for returning goods starts with the receipt of goods and of  this instruction at the earliest. Only in case of goods which cannot be  sent as packages (e.g. in case of bulky goods, low density freight) you  can also announce your wish of return in written form via letter, fax or  e-mail. Shipment of goods or the announcement of your wish of return in  time will ensure the deadline for returning goods. In any case the  return of goods will be carried our on our risk an expense. Consequences of return:
In  case of an effective exercise of the right of return the services  received from both sides as well as applicable benefits (e.g.  compensation of use) are to be returned. In case of a reduction in  quality which results exclusively from the inspection of goods as it  might have been possible in a retail shop for example.
Defects:
Unfortunately  it might also happen that the goods are not delivered in order. In this  case the implied warrantly is valid wihout restricitions. Please get in  contact as soon as possible with:
