"Very Good +" - clean and great vinyl, lightest scuffs or hairlines from inner sleeve
"Very Good" - still not bad. Light wear, visible scuffs and possible scratches, but still playable and not bad / overused
"Good +" - still can be played, condition may vary on different items, loud clicks, crackles are possible
