From a garage clearance , this is an unused Borg & Beck clutch drive plate  for various Jaguar models including MK2. Please  check your  clutch spec before purchase.

It has a 10 spline fitting and is 9.5 inch diameter. There is slight surface rust on the metal centre  from damp storage conditions, but it should be fine in operation
