We offer free standard delivery on all UK Buy It Now orders, dispatched within the same day (Monday to Friday)!
For international orders we usually use Royal Mail's standard international service, depending on the size and weight of the item, with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 working days. I can may split into multiple smaller parcels if required.

Please note that the vast majority of delivery times are within the above estimated timescales, but unfortunately the postal service occasionally experiences delays beyond our control, so please allow 7 working days for standard UK delivery and 15 working days for international items before contacting us.

We only accept PayPal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

We offer a 30 Day Returns Policy on all of our fixed price Buy it Now items so if you are unhappy with your item or change your mind you can return it to us providing the item and its packaging are in original, unused and unregistered, condition fit for resale.

All returns must be returned carriage paid and the purchase price will be refunded in the same method as original payment was made.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your purchase once you've received it please make sure to get in touch within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the situation for you.

We want all of our customers to be happy with the item and the service provided by our store, and we are willing to address all issues as long as we have been made aware by the buyer. 

If you intend to leave a Negative / Neutral Feedback or low scores for any of the categories in the feedback area, please make sure you contact us first to provide us a chance to resolve any issues which you might have with your item. 

Our policies are straight-forward and easy to understand, and we have mentioned everything possible to help before and after sale. 

It is not fair to leave us a low score feedback or overall negative feedback if we have not been aware of the problem.
