We work process and ship order every day Monday - Friday. (excluding bank holidays).

Our order cut off time is 13:00 pm, any order placed before time will ship on the day, orders placed after 14:00 pm will ship on the next working day.

We offer free delivery on all of our products.

The Most orders are send via Australia Post Next day parcel delivery (Express Post) – Delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days ,FREE DELIVERY  business days, in most cases these will arrive between 1-3 working days, (longer if outside of the metropolitan area).

If you have not received your order by eBay’s Estimated Delivery Date, please note that – we may need to allow some additional time for any courier related delays.

We want you to be satisfied with every product we sell,so If the Product you have purchased is faulty or it is not as we describe it, then within 30 days of the day of its delivery you may exercise the right for a refund.

Products should be returned in their original packaging.

All items sold are new unless stated.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

If the item is delivered broken or not fit for purpose we will refund you in full and pay for the postage to send the item back.

If the item is no longer wanted we will refund you in full but you are responsible for the returning the item and its cost to do so.
