Purchases

Packaging

All our items are professionally packaged and our p&p costs is included in a price. We do everything feasible to ensure that all of our products are packaged properly and securely to help avoid any damage.

Postage

We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only purchase on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method for smaller items is via Royal Mail. For larger items we use a selection of couriers, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and you, the customer.

Products

We endeavour to ensure items we sell match the images. Although, manufacturers regularly update and improve the design and specification of products and it is not always possible to update product images as quickly as the lines change. The item you receive will be of the same quality and value to that shown in the listing.

Leaving negative feedback sometimes doesn’t resolve issues, which can be easily resolved. Having said that you have the right to give or leave feedback as you feel. Items damaged in transit

If you receive an item from us that is damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. If the package is visibly damaged, please sign for it as damaged.

Items must be returned in their original condition including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Once your damaged item has been received, we will issue a replacement or a refund to you and reimburse reasonable delivery costs. We will usually provide a pre-paid return label for the return of goods received as damaged.
Items faulty on arrival

If your item is faulty or dead on arrival, please get in touch as soon as possible. You have 30 calendar days to inform us of the fault.

Items must be returned in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Once received, your item will be tested by our dedicated test center and we will issue a replacement (or a refund to you if the item cannot be repaired or is no longer available) and reimburse reasonable delivery costs.

We will usually provide a pre-paid return label for the return of faulty goods. Due to the nature of the products we sell, some products might require additional configuration or require you to follow instructions laid out by the manufacturer. Please follow the manufacturer's recommended support channels and obtain a Returns Reference Number for faulty goods.
Items faulty within the warranty period

If any of the goods you have purchased from us develop a fault within their warranty period, but it has been over 30 days since you purchased the item from us, you are entitled to an in-warranty repair. Most manufacturers will provide direct support and will handle the repair or replacement of the product directly. We, therefore, recommend you contact the manufacturer directly. If contacting us about faulty items outside the 30 days of purchase, ensure you have a Fault Reference number obtained from the manufacturer.
Returning an unwanted item

You may return any item up to 30 days from the day you receive it. Any items that have a seal must remain unopened. Relevant items must remain sealed for return or any items with which a service subscription or containing any redeemable voucher codes are non-returnable once the packaging it arrived in has been opened.

Although we will aim to process your refund as soon as possible, it can take up to 7 days during the non-peak season and 14 days during the peak season eg Christmas, to do so.

Return delivery costs for unwanted item goods are payable by the customer.

We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you although most of our listings carry free economy shipping.

Please note that if you upgrade delivery at checkout for an enhanced expedited service, the cost for this is non-refundable.
Undelivered packages

In some cases, packages are returned back to us as undelivered. This may be due to a number of reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete address given, an undeliverable delivery address where the owner has moved or the premises is unoccupied, failed delivery attempts with no attempt made by the recipient to collect the package from the courier's depot or arrange re-delivery and where a package is refused by the recipient.

This charge is non-refundable and is charged to us by our courier for all undelivered packages. Note that we are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelivered. If you still like to purchase items that are undelivered, you are welcome to place a new order.
Refunds

All refunds shall be processed and credited to the original source of payment used at the time of ordering. Please contact ebay or the financial institution you hold your account with for any further queries once the refund has been initiated from our end.
