Kick Drum Microphone

Drum microphone provides low-frequency bass punch and SPL handling. It includes dynamic locking stand adapter for easy set-up, steel mesh grille for durability, shock mount for sound isolation, and neodymium magnet for high signal-to-noise ratio.

The Shure BETA®52A is a high output dynamic microphone with a tailored frequency response designed specifically for kick drums and other bass instruments. It provides superb attack and "punch", and delivers studio quality sound even at extremely high sound pressure levels. 

The Beta 52A features a modified supercardioid pattern throughout its frequency range to insure high gain-before-feedback and excellent rejection of unwanted sound. A built in dynamic locking stand adapter with an integral XLR connector simplifies installation, particularly if the microphone is to be placed inside a kick drum. The stand adapter keeps the microphone position fixed and resists slipping, even when subjected to sharp blows and strong vibrations. A hardened steel mesh grille protects the Beta 52A from the abuse and wear associated with touring.

Because of our location in the center of the country standard ground shipping to the lower 48 states is normally 4 days or less.

Return Information

If the item you purchased qualified for Free Shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, etc.), and show no signs of wear or use, or you may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns Exceptions
There are no returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage or demo items.
Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective or unopened - strings, reeds, ear buds, any wind instruments, harmonicas, drum heads, drumsticks, fog fluid, clothing, print music, books.
ALL returned woodwind, brass instruments and mouthpieces will incur a $15.00 sanitation fee.
